my little bit of understanding is that it’s a term for people who are a little more “tuned in” to the frequencies in the universe naturally. That’s a start….I think everyone will have slightly different opinions on what it means, but generally, we’re built with a no BS function and an extra strong caring/creative/loving drive : )
I’m sure you can find a lot out just by googling too, there’ve been several books written about “indigos” so it’s in the mainstream enough to get a good sense of what it means.
Indigos chose to come to this planet from other, higher dimensional worlds in order to break up the existing paradigm on Earth. I like Lydia’s “no b.s.” comment! It’s true. While there have been several waves of lightworkers and wayshowers to come into incarnation here, the indigos are unique in that they are the warriors of the ascension movement. They know in their hearts that the way they were raised and are expected to function is not their truth and will stand their ground against all those who expect something different from them. It can be very lonely and frustrating, which can lead to lots of anger issues. Try to find others who have the same internal “knowingness” and stay surrounded by them – even if it’s just via e-mail. The collective light of humanity is raising exponentially now, regardless of what the media would have you believe. In the “twinkling of an eye” everything can change, so continue to hold your own, unique light and encourage others to do the same. Much love to you.

for a very long time i’ve been frustrated and confused bout how the world works around me and whether people see ‘mans inhumanity to man’? my heart breaks and i cry alot and sometimes think that i’m crazy or have real physcological problems….that was until i read what an Indigo adult is. for the first time in my life i knew i wasn’t alone. I’m 32 and always knew there was something that i was searching for and now i’ve found it. its been a long journey over the past few years and but my path was chosen for me before i came here. Now the real journey begins and i have smiled all this week for the first time in ages. Love to all xxxx
